RDSO & Non-RDSO Girders
Open Web Girders (OWG): Standardized framework trusses used for larger rail spans. Common configurations include 30.5 m, 45.7 m, 61.0 m, 76.2 m, 91.4 m, and 106.7 m clear spans.
- Composite Girders:Pre-fabricated steel girders that act integrally with a concrete deck, widely used for ROBs and ranging from 18 m to 36 m spans.
- Bow-String Girders:Fully welded steel arched bridges typically used in congested urban areas or locations with severe vertical and horizontal space constraints; spans range from 30 m to 72 m.
- PSC Girders:Pre-stressed concrete girders used across various railway and highway projects.
